Payments and refunds
How to purchase, activate Premium and get help with a payment dispute.
Purchase conditions
Version dated October 9, 2026. Premium provides digital access to application features; no physical delivery is required. Access is linked to the USER ID entered in the order. Access duration is described in the terms of sale.
Payments are processed by lava.top and its connected providers. Card details are entered with the payment service. Check the final amount before confirming; bank conversion rates and fees depend on your bank’s terms.
How to pay
- Install Fast Converter and copy your full USER ID from the application.
- On the purchase page, select a duration and currency, then enter your USER ID and email.
- Choose an available payment method and complete payment on the provider’s page.
- Premium activates automatically after payment confirmation. You do not need to restart the application.
RUB payments support Russian bank cards and SBP. USD and EUR payments offer cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and PIX. Whether a particular payment can be completed depends on your device, country, bank and provider rules. Cryptocurrency payments are also available via Trybit. Choose the coin and network and check the final amount on the payment provider’s page. Premium activates after payment confirmation.
If something goes wrong
Do not pay again if the first payment has been charged but its status is still being checked. Contact support with your USER ID, order number, date, amount and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number, CVV, banking verification codes or passwords.
To request a refund, contact support and provide your order number or payment confirmation, USER ID, amount, date and reason for the request. Requests may concern duplicate charges, access not provided, a technical defect or another ground provided by law. Activation of Premium alone is not an unconditional reason to refuse a refund. Requests are reviewed in light of the purchase circumstances and the mandatory deadlines under applicable law; additional information may be requested to locate the payment. Refunds are processed through the payment provider, using the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to arrive depends on the bank and provider. The website does not offer automatic refunds; support handles requests. These terms do not exclude the buyer’s mandatory rights, including if the application ceases to operate.
