How data is used by the website, application and Premium checkout.
Scope
Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy applies to fastconvert.pro and the Fast Converter application. The data controller is identified at the end of this document. For data processing questions, contact support.
Data we process
- The application USER ID, plan and Premium expiry information, application version and platform.
- First and most recent access dates, launch events, IP address and technical request logs; country may be inferred from the IP address.
- For purchases: the submitted USER ID and email, selected plan, amount, currency, order identifier and status. The email is sent to the payment provider; the server also stores hashed email and IP values to protect against repeated requests.
- The contents of requests you voluntarily send to support and information needed to verify payments.
Models are converted locally: the application does not send them to a server for conversion. If you voluntarily send a file to support, it becomes part of your support request.
Purposes and recipients
Data is needed to operate accounts, grant and verify Premium access, process payments and support requests, prevent abuse and compile technical statistics. Processing is carried out to perform the contract and on other applicable lawful grounds.
During checkout, the necessary information is passed to lava.top and the providers involved in the payment. Card details are entered with the payment service and are not transmitted to Fast Converter. The service’s rules are available in its payment form. For cryptocurrency payments, your email, order number, amount and currency are sent to Trybit to create and verify the payment.
The website and application use a hosting provider’s server infrastructure. Use of Telegram and GitHub is also subject to those services’ rules.
Browser storage
localStorage saves the selected website language. sessionStorage stores the current checkout attempt and order, including the entered email and a status-check token, so that checking can continue after you return from the payment page. Do not share this token with other people. You can clear browser data in your browser settings.
Retention, protection and rights
Account information is processed while the account is in use and related obligations are being fulfilled. Order and support-request records may be retained longer where needed to resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. When the grounds for processing cease to apply, data must be deleted or anonymized within the applicable statutory time limits. There is no single automatic deletion period for every category of data.
Requests for access, correction or deletion should be sent to the data controller. Proof that a USER ID or order belongs to you may be required to protect the account. Data needed to fulfil obligations or meet legal requirements cannot always be deleted immediately. You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, an end to unlawful processing and deletion where grounds exist; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing that has another lawful basis.
